April 10, 2015 7:56 PM

POCATELLO, ID (April 10, 2015) -- Del Albright, Director of Operations for BRC has achieved what many only aspire to do--to make his automotive and outdoor passion a primary job. Dating back 50 years when his Dad, Elmer introduced Del to motorsports in a 1952 Studebaker, chopped down and set up as a brush buggy, Del's enthusiasm for motors has never diminished. His passion and dedication was honored in 2014 by being inducted into the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame.

Each year, BFGoodrich® Tires chooses men and women like Del who share a passion for the experience and adventure of driving to join its prestigious BFGoodrich Performance Team.

Through his efforts on the trail, in the rocks of the Rubicon, and anywhere it's legal to wheel, Del supports the BFGoodrich brand, standing out as a dedicated motorsports professional and land use advocate who depends on equipment like BFGoodrich Tires. "I've been running BFG's on dozens of 4x4 vehicles since the 1970s," says Del.  "They work; they don't let me down; they dig in when I need them; and their proven technology is something I count on."

Del joins an elite group of motorsports superstars, key industry partners and market influencers, all of whom share the BFGoodrich Tires passion for driving. The team will demonstrate the performance of BFGoodrich Tires in activities ranging from grassroots recreational events to the extremes of international motorsports competition, including on- and off-road racing, rock crawling, and custom car building.

"BFGoodrich enthusiasts demand high performance at every extreme, from a technical rock crawl to racing at more than 100 miles per hour on- or off-road," said Duane Thomas, brand communications manager for BFGoodrich Tires.
