2002 BlueRibbon Coalition Congressional Scorecard
This is the BlueRibbon Coalition's first Congressional Scorecard. We are making this effort because, with elections coming up, you should know who your allies are in Congress on issues relating to recreational access.
The scorecard contains a listing of the members of the Senate and House of Representatives, with a score assigned to them based on selected votes cast and bills cosponsored. A total of four votes were chosen in the Senate and eight in the House.
Take a look at your Senators and Congressmen. If they scored 80% or above, then they are a Pro-Access Pioneer, supporting Americans' desire for recreational opportunities. If they scored 20% or below, then they are saddled with the Locked Gate Award, representing opposition to recreational access.
